Results are Wrong!

Yikes! RaceHero displays exactly what the Timing and Scoring operators send us from their computers. Be aware of the following:

• Provisional results are automatically uploaded at the conclusion of each run. They will not initially take into account penalties or occasional manual changes that timing operators may be required to make. 
• Official results are manually uploaded after scrutineering and penalties are applied. However, sometimes official results go through more than one revision.

In both cases, if you continue to see results that are incorrect, contact the racing organization and ask them to:

1. Update the results in their T&S software (e.g. MyLaps Orbits)
2. Upload those results with the RaceHero Relay
